How do I return, exchange, or cancel my order?
-Contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
-Ship Items back within 30 Days of delivery.
-Request cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
What is NOT eligible for returns or exchanges?
-Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or lost in transit, we cannot accept returns for: Custom or Personalized Items.
Who is responsible for Return Shipping Costs?
-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
What is your processing time?
-Our turnaround time is 2-4 business days, excluding holidays. We start production on your order same day.
What is your shipping time frame?
-Once your order is shipped, it may take 2-8 days to receive your order. Most orders are delivered within 4 business days after processing.
How do I track my order?
-Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email update with your tracking information. If you have any issues, just send us an email to support@kraftysupply.com
What materials do you use for my order?
-We cut your order using HDF (High Density Fiberboard), Pine Plywood, Veneer Wood, and Acrylics.
What’s the best way to paint my items?
-We recommend priming your wood items first and let dry. Once dry, apply any acrylic craft paint or spray paint of your choice. After your base coats are dry, you can start adding details with acrylic paints. And then we recommend using a spray clear sealer or brush on sealer to seal your wood products.
Is this wood for outdoor use?
-The HDF wood we use is moisture resistant, so once you paint and seal your craft, you can use for decorations outdoors. We do recommend keeping it out of the elements as much as you can due to the paint chipping away over time. The pine plywood and veneer wood are NOT recommended for outdoors. Acrylics can handle the outdoor elements.
